Manjhi: The Mountain Man (2015)
Dashrath Manjhi works as a laborer in his village, when his pregnant wife Phaghunia passed away due to a lack of medical aid as she failed to cross the mountain to reach the nearest town. Manjhi then with a hammer and chisel carved a path of 360 feet long, 25 feet deep and 30 feet wide. It took him 22 years to carve a road to his village.
Dum Laga Ke Haisha (2015)
An uneducated Prem runs a video shop in his village he gets married to Sandhya an educated but overweight girl. Prem isn’t keen to start his life with Sandhya. But a running competition in village brings them closer, where Prem has to lift Sandhya on her back.
Sharuya mistakenly locks himself in his new house at high-rise Swarg building.The building is empty as it’s still under construction and the watchman is unaware of Shaurya moving in. Shaurya has to survive without water and food and has no means of contact as the battery of his phone is dead.
